During the discusion with customer, they often inquiry me the spiral silo making machine,that is device for making spiral silo. Today, I’d like to share some knowledge here.

The silo installing device include forming machine, bending machine, decoil machine, and some measuring machine.
Decoil machine is used to open the galvanized coil .To make the material easy to transportg, firstly, we open the raw coil and cut the steel sheet into 495 mm width, then make it into coil shape again.
Forming machine is used to make the galvanized steel sheet inside the machine, and form the edge in shape.
Bending machine is used to bend/bite the edge as five times thickness than that of silo body sheet.

Those three are the main equipment for spiral silo making machine.
